We’re sorry but pierced earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the goods you have received, we are happy to exchange the item or refund you for your purchases if the items are sent back to us at your own expense to the address below. Items should be returned within 30 days, unworn & in the original packing. Please note that personalised orders including items where a personalised handwritten message has been included cannot be returned.
Any refund due will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. The refund will be limited to the cost of the returned goods.
In the event that the goods are faulty or if we have made an error when packing your order, of course, we’re always very sorry & we will refund the cost of the postage – this is limited to Royal Mail 2nd class. We recommend that you ask for a proof of postage receipt at the post office counter – a proof of postage receipt is free of charge. If you choose to send your item(s) back to us using a different delivery method – ie. Signed For or Special Delivery or by courier this cost will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
